After som tries in the Android-Version I got in Win7 (64Bit) the drives I want to access.
But when I enter at "RalfScherzer-PC" with Servername 192.168.178.21, as User the PC-ID I got from my Fritzbox "android-96ca..." and the Password I entered in Win7, TC for Android shows all my drives I made this possible in Win7.
But if I want to enter that drives I got "Logon failure: unknown username or bad password"

Use I "Gast" "Guest" "gast" or "guest" instead of "android-9..." he shows the same Drives, TC (Android) askes me each drive the Password again and doesn't accept that.
Where I'm thinking wrong ?

User Guest is usually not enabled to access shares on Windows 7. But it should work with the normal user name and password which you use on other Windows PCs to access that PC. Does the password contain any special characters, umlauts or accents? They can cause troubles because of the different encodings.

I can't use with the Win7 LogIn. It doesn't work.
The Way with the Information I got from my Fritzbox (Servername 192.168.178.21; PC-ID "android-96ca..." and Password) seams to be right, because TC for Android shows me all Drives I made this possible within Win7. But I can't access them. I have access to the public folders (I didn't use), but not more.

Maybe it's a Windows Probleme and I haven't detect the switch :-(

The Password contains standard letters (upper and lower case) and digits only.

Thanks a lot.
I have to go to work now.
Will try more ...

Last idea: Is the PC in a domain? If not, I'm really out of ideas of what could be wrong. :(

Just to report that after last update ( 2.08 ) streaming a video from the network doesn't close abruptly when seeking. :)

Nice to hear that! I only made small changes:
1. TC now caches whether the access needs username/password, or guest account
2. I'm using a buffered stream to send the data to the player
3. Name resolution has been improved

Most probably the point 2 was the fix.
1 and 3 help a lot anyway.

hello. I installed total commander + LAN plugin, last versions from google store.
Everything works fine except LAN plugin.
I access a nas storage by using LAN plugin, see all folders, but when I try to copy from nas to smartphone total commander totally crashes and close itself.
I also tryed using FTP plugin, access to nas in ftp mode and see the folders. But the same behaviour, crashes as soon as I press the total commander copy button, after selecting a file.
Is there something I miss?
The copy from nas shloud work using the "normal" copy button like copying from and to internal memory phone?
thanks a lot

Yes, it should work. Can you give me more info about your device?
- device maker (e.g. Samsung)
- device model (e.g. Galaxy S5)
- Android version
- rooted or not
- stock firmware or custom ROM

When exactly do you crash? Really just after tapping on the copy button? Or do you see the confirmation dialog and tap on "Copy" or "Move"?

I select the file, and the program crashes as soon as I press the copy button, so I don't see the confirmation dialog.

I need a bug report for TC 2.60 beta 2. Could you please geta beta 2 as explained here:
http://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=41679
Then reproduce the error, and when an Android notification is shown that TC crashed, tap on it and enter the following in the description of the error:
zeratul75

This will allow me to find your report. Thanks!

Thanks for the report. What does the OTHER panel in Total Commander show? For some reason, TC seems to assume that it is also a plugin, or the home folder.

Does it work when you switch to a local directory in the other panel?
