Unfortunately there isn't enough screen space on a typical phone for the sync user interface, sorry. Also unrooted Android doesn't support to copy the file timestamp, so the two sides would never actually be the same.

So is there an option to delete the files on target if the name does not appear in source. Do not compare with time stamp, use only file names for syncing. (Shift+F2 option in the desktop version)

Unfortunately I don't see how I could provide this on such a small display, sorry.

I would like to have this feature as well. For me a one-way-sync (with deleting) would be great. What I do is:
I have a media-folder (music+movies) on my android-smartphone which i synchronize with a special "smartphone-media-folder" on my computer, but the main folder is the one on my computer. On my computer i sort everything and then synchronize it with my android-smartphone. So i don't want to delete everything and copy everything again, just because i deleted some files or re-sorted some subfolders. So for this the dates of the files are unimportant.
Now i use the copy-command, and when there are only slight changes, i have some doubles, when i have more changes then i delete the complete folder an copy everything again.
By the way: A great function would be to sync folderpairs automatically, f.e. when i'm at home (f.e. recognized by wifi-name); 1. copy all my pictures to my computer, 2. sync my media-folder...

I think a cloud backup function would be more useful here...

You're right, something like nextcloud or seafile sounds better to do this job automatically (I don't like cloud-services that are not in my own hands).
But some folders I would like to sync manually on demand.
So if it's not a big thing, could you implement this function "one-way-sync (with deleting)"?
Or is there a plugin which does this?

No there isn't. You could just copy in one direction and choose "Overwrite all older", but it wouldn't delete files no longer present in the source folder.
