Error! No Network Connection!

I'm getting an error on my Android, "No network connection! Please either enable WLAN or disable flight mode!"

I'm not using wifi at the time of this connection just cell phone service.

My VPN works just fine but when I use Total Commander then LAN plugin (windows share) I get this message.

I can see the share I just can't open it.

Do I have to be connected to a wifi to see my shared folders?

Please go into the settings of the plugin (by tapping on the entry with the hammer icon) and enable connections via mobile networks. They are disabled by default because they could cause high traffic.
