Sorting failure?

Post by *Androiduser »

I am very new at using TC for Android so maybe I'm doing something wrong.
In the main early screen, the one that on my phone contains the folders (in order) :
Sdcard, photos, Downloaded files, File System roit, etc.
I am unable to sort the folders alphabetically.

When I click on the sort icon, select to sort the active panel "by name" and select "include folders", the order does not change. Obviously, the above list is not alphabetical. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong?

My phone is a rooted nexus 5. [/img]

No, there is no sorting failure. The sorting option of Tc for Android works correctly with the folders within the Android system.

However, this top level within the Tc for Android, that is what is described by you, is not a folder of Android, but something like a "link distributing system" of the Tc for Android. From here you can have access to Android File System, Tc plugins, SDCards and so on.

The items in this top level are arranged (not sorted), and can not be sorted.

Only the plugins on the home screen can be sorted: Long tap on a plugin to choose between installation order and orering by name.
