Copy files: I need an 'Overwrite smaller' option?

I often use TC to copy audiobooks (mp3) to my phone, from the NAS. If there is a queue it often happens that some files are unsuccessfully transferred, like when having trouble with wifi-connection or TC is in the background and gets shut down. The files then exists but are incomplete.
So to fix it I'll do the copy again, but now almost all files exits already. You then get a confirmation dialog with some options like "Overwrite older" and "Skip all". Here I would have needed an option of "Overwrite smaller" to fix incomplete files.
As an alternative would be that TC itself removes incomplete transferred files or a Sync directories function like on the desktop version.
Or do someone have some other suggestion how to fix this.
