Is there any possibilty to transfer data between Android and Linux using a NFS share?

There is currently no NFS plugin for Total Commander. You can either run a Samba server and use my LAN plugin, or FTP, SFTP, WebDAV (e.g. Owncloud). Or if your device is rooted, you can try to mount the NFS share to a directory.

Thank you for the clarification! I am happy with the ftp-plugin.
Is there any reason to use the sftp (with scp) in a private network instead of the normal ftp-plugin?

No, SFTP is normally slower than FTP. But you should still use ftp with encryption (SSL/TLS) if you can.
