Help needed: TC is nt responding

I am having a problem with using Total Commander since this morning.
After opening TC, I tried to open a drive or file. Then, it prompts "Not Responding". This happens all day long today. I just downloaded and updated tcmd900ax32_64 exe. I still get the same error. In short I am unable to use Total Commander Today.
I wonder this problem was caused by Window 10 update (2017-05 Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4020821) yesterday afternoon.

Could someone give me an idea how to fix this problem. Thanks

Hmm, I got the KB4020821 update yesterday, and have no problems, but I am still running Windows 1607.

1703 has not yet been offered for my locale, and frankly I think I will decline updating to 1703 - there seem to be nothing but trouble with it.

No problems so far with TC 9.0a - 32 bit + 64 bit, Windows 10 Pro (x64) Version 1703 (Build 15063.296) -> Creators Update.

I have the same problem with both my office and home desktop computers (windows 10ost) and Total Commander (x64)9.0a. Except Total Commander, all other programs run flawlessly. I am not using File Explorer for file management. I hit F9 on Total commander. This is what I am get:

Unfortunately there is no error address, and the stack is empty - all zeroes.

I do not have this problem with any of our Windows 10 machines either (all running the creators update). F9 just focuses the menu here.

Do you get this also when opening the menu with the mouse? If no, then F9 may have been reassigned system-wide
