it changes in Windows Explorer but not in Windows Commander.
i wanted it to look like dd-MMM-yyyy or even dd-mm-yyyy but it doesnt look like that in Windows Commander, just in Windows Explorer. In Windows Commander it looks like dd-mm-yy and it keeps looking like that, no matter what I do

We call it WindowsCommander because it commands Windows, not "Total".
