Plus BenQ-Siemens EF81. A very needed FS plugin, thank you!

I think that almost every BenQ-Siemens mobiles are Brew-based. Even S68 afair. I wish I could say more about it but I can't because of corporate's secret ;)

P.S. If mobile part of the company bancrupted does any of this "secrets" should be hidden?

S68 is pure Siemens, no BREW.

Here are the BenQ-Siemens platforms :) I do not believe it is any corporate secret.

(1) Pure Siemens (FE75): C81, E71, EL71, M81, S68, SL80

(2) Brew (Qualcomm chipset): E81, EF81, SL91; EF91, S81

(3) Pure BenQ (TI Chipset): A38, A58, CF61, CL71, EF51, E61, EF71, S88

(4) Windows Mobile: E72 (not released AFAIK)

@andres992
I've checked it and I can't talk about unreleased phones only, so... your list of platforms is OK.
Btw. Compare this or this with iPhone :)

I've never seen it elsewhere than in the TC program folder.
This is given by %COMMANDER_PATH% environment variable ...

I think it's rather located in %COMMANDER_INI%.

This var is for wincmd.ini. Or do you mean to use its path?

Maybe, it's better to have your own ini-file? I have 15 WFX installed, 2 of them use fsplugin.ini, 7 use their own inis.

As I know fsplugin.ini is located in the same location where wincmd.ini is, in %COMMANDER_INI%.

Unfortunately there is no one way where the plugins write their settings. It was discussed many times but as XPEHOPE3KA wrote: most of the plugins use their own ini files only few use lsplugin.ini, pkplugin.ini or fsplugin.ini.

Ok, for now I replaced registry and used ini file - I didnt know how to find out the %COMMANDER_INI% dir, so I just used the path given in "application.exename" (Delphi) and save ini under fsplugin.ini

I thought about saving ini into the place where the dll (wfx) is located, but I don't know how to figure out this location - application.exename return path of the mother application (TCMD).

We could really use a plugin that can talk to an LG VN530
"Octane" feature phone.

Using a standard USB sync cable. W/ Stock LG modem
drivers under XP sp3.

This particular phone's OS is as follows:
VN530, VRZ, 01, BMP1.0.2, 261, 24330224, 263, 24335931, 20101224

Bitpim can download the entire file system tree into a
zip file. Finding a good tool for taking the files apart
was what lead us to discover Total Commander!

This software is an immense piece of work to behold.

Us desert geeks are appropriately humbled.

We could really use a way of sorting out the data
mms, sms, call log, etc into something sane and readable.

Either directly from the phone or post process the downloaded .vol files and stuff seperately on the PC.

Please let us know if such a plugin exists at this time and
what the fees might be for such a thing?

Thank You,
Mobius
