Branch view only selected files/dirs

Post by *solid »

Is this possible??
If I press Ctrl+B, i see all files in all subdirs in the current view, regardless of the selection. Can i see only files in selected dirs?

I can't believ, that it shouldn't work! :?

ALT-F7 and CTRL-Q works like this, why not the branch view?

What's the opinion of Christian??

As temporary solution (if you use NTFS) you can use sybolic links: create some temporary folder, select folders you wish to view in branch mode, make links onto them in that temporary folder (for example, with NTFS Links program), and then use branch view in the temporary folder.

Sounds indeed like a good idea - I will check how difficult it would be to add.
