TcUsbRun.exe different in 32bit and combined 32bit+64bit TC - why?

I have noticed that the TcUsbRun.exe file has a different content in 32bit and combined 32bit+64bit TC - why?

The content of the file is the same in 64bit TC and combined 32bit+64bit TC and the file is not a 64bit executable in either version.

I checked whether the certificate might be different - but it does not appear so. So why the difference?

the four other binary files that are shared between the 32bit and the 64bit version have the same content:

WCMICON2.DLL
SFXHEAD.SFX
CGLPT64.SYS

Well, they are different since TC 9.00 rc 15 and HISTORY.TXT says:

21.09.16 Fixed: Re-signed all included EXE/DLL files with separate SHA-1 (re-issued) and SHA256 certificates (32/64)

The certificate is the same but the signing time is different (about 3 minutes apart) for whatever reason.

You are right - I didn't notice that. But still - why?

It looks like I re-signed the executable separately for each installation folder instead of re-signing one and using it in both places. The program itself is the same.
