[BUG] TC does prevent Windows 2000 from shutdown

I have Windows 2000 SP4 UR2 and TC 6.53.

If the Synchronize window is open and TC is minimized, windows will not shutdown. After pressing OK windows does return to normal state and appears as if nothing has happened.

You should receive a warning from Windows that a program doesn't close in such a case (at least I do). Synchronize dirs doesn't close with ESC if you changed anything manually (e.g. checked/unchecked files), so you don't lose your work.
