Download from list improvements

With the "download from list" function, it can be sometimes quite inconvenient (well, in a Windowsy way) to browse to the download list file and select it (especially if you have stuff in a lot of different directories, and you have to wade through lots of directories to find the list file).

One suggestion:
It would be nice to have the option on the right-click menu (e.g. "Download from this list"): when you clicked on a file and chose this option, it would start downloading from the selected file/list into the current directory. More convenient than browsing for the list.

As workaround

1. place the cursor on the list-file
2. press [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[Enter] (what will put the name including path to the command line)
3. [shift]+[left/right] activates the commandline with full name selected
4. [Ctrl]+[Ins] copys the name into clip
5. Button with "cm_ftpdownloadlist" opens the Download from List Dialog
6. [Shift]+[Ins] paste the full name in the dialog
