now i used command line for the 1st. time.
i'd like to keep the result open & remember it says shift-enter do the trick.
so i "ipconfig" and an INACTIVE window gives me what i want.
and i "dir" then an empty window is the result. what did i do wrong?

worry abt safety (since it replaces a system's file, as i replied in the plugin's post).
tconsole works and it's interesting
noclose.pif is not a system file, but a pif-file installed by TC.
So what is the security concern? (Apart from the fact that any software might contain a hidden trojan, but my Russian friends did not complain about NoCloseReplacer's noclose.pif.)
Oh, I just see Flint wrote almost the same answer in the plugin's forum NoClose Replacer.
