If the topic means (once again your English is hard to unerstand) that you are NOT able to redefine a hotkey for the command cm_VisTwoDriveButtons, then I can only say that I just testetd that by assigning Ctrl+1 as a hotkey for cm_VisTwoDriveButtons - and it works like a charm (Win XP SP2, TC 6.54a).

Well, I also tried to assign a hotkey to 'cm_VisTwoDriveButtons' and here it works perfectly as well, so I don't think you'd really need a video as a proof...

Maybe the desired hotkey is occupied by another program.

If I get you right and Ctrl+Shift+S is the only keyboard shortcut that doesn't work, I'd suppose this one's blocked by another application or function.
So you could try to exit any applications running in the background and try again, or simply use another unused hotkey combo.

I just tried with Ctrl+Shift+S - no problems!

And I don't think a video would prove anything - you wouldn't be able to see that I press a hotkey on a video - right?

Im not using AutoHotkey for this option.
I mean i do it from the TC options himself.

Well, I think nobody here supposed that you used Autohotkey to change the shortcut  .

But if any AHK script designed for whatever purpose is running in the background and has the combo Ctrl+Shift+S set for an application-independent function, this shortcut doesn't work in TC, so if any AHK script is running, check what key combos it 'listens to' or quit it for testing...
