Just before:
I`ve just hit alt+5 to go to Drive G, inexistent. Msgbox.

Right then:
With the Msgbox on, I've hit alt+6, went to the next drive, on the next hard disk. From ata to sata.

Windows 7.

This is a known error which should be fixed in TC 7.55 and 7.55a.
