Checked button on button bar

Post by *Raymond »

Just noticed on button bar besides nomal buttons, there're some buttons show checked status, for example, "Full", "Brief" button.
I can't figure out where to set this.

:) Hello !

• There is nothing to set. All commands which are bistable by design display the ON¦Off state…
- The others don't, i.e. Pack Files, Unpack Files etc. which open a dialogue only.

:) Hello !

• Only an additional small "Sweet", but on-topic, I guess…

- Currently, when you are using flat icons (especially) the "Pressed¦ON" state is not always obviously shown.
It's due to the used drawing-style.

- During the private tests, a colleague pointed out that issue, so I drew a proposal LIKE THIS.
- But it was not addressed to the Author himself directly, so I thing he missed it…
- But yet, it's so simple to realize, just add two black lines as a square angle, and the look is much significant !
- What do you think ?

I can't access your link.
In fact personally I don't use button bar. It's always been shut, as you might have seen my TC screenshot in another thread.:)

:) Hello !

• Yes, I saw your image… But it's also for all users, and your thread is OK.
• Maybe can you see the small picture HERE ? The server @ Lycos behaves strangely when one is not located in France…

Now I saw it.
I'm using flat icons, it looks obvious enough to me, and honestly, I like the current way better. ;)
