[Implemented] Store column width separately for tabbed extension

I usually have the extension in the file panels set to "aligned (with Tab)".

Once in a while it can be convenient to use: "directly after filename", but I restrain myself for using that option, because, when I change my setting back to "aligned (with Tab)", the name and extension columns are completely changed, with an extremely narrow name column (tabstop for extension of 42).

Of course I could just make a note of the extension tabstop before I change to "directly after filename", and then manually reinsert that value when I switch back to "aligned (with Tab)" - but it would be much more convenient if TC saved that position and reused it.

Implemented in TC 10.00rc3 :-)
