Total Commander in most cases allows to rename running executables or files used by applications with Shift+F6 or Multi-Rename tool.
However, TC doesn't allow to use such renaming with Copy or Overwrite dialog.
If to set Auto-Rename target files in Copy dialog or in menu called by More options of Overwrite dialog, when TC will try to copy to running exe or used file, it will show Access denial dialog with more copy options. Pressing "As Administrator" in that dialog will make TC to show another Access denial dialog with only Skip and Cancel buttons.
Suggestions:
* add "More Options >>" button with ""Rename existing target file" and 'Auto-rename target files'" menu items to mentioned Access denial dialog(s);
* if user have already set "Auto-Rename target files" in Copy dialog itself or in Overwrite dialog which appeared earlier during copy task, try to use it on running or used files at first before showing Access denial dialog.
I know adding that may be considered as dangerous operation, so it's OK to make it disabled by default, with possibility to enable it by changing some wincmd.ini parameter.
