Searching in Comparison tool

1. Open a file in Lister, press F3. Immediately the Lister will search for the last expression.
Comparison tool will show Search dialog in this case.
This is particularly inconvenient for multiple files when comparing from the Synchronise Directory tool.

2. Select text in Lister, press Ctrl+F - the selection will be copied into the Search dialog.
Comparison tool will still have the old search expression.

Would it be possible to make the Comparison tool's search to behave more like the Lister's?
