[v10] Add option to redraw zoom

Hi

Am I correct to think that v10 only scales existing thumbnails on CTRL+mouse wheel without redrawing/rescaling them?

As some images are completely pixelated with 200% zoom I would suggest an option to redraw/rescale them on zoom. Maybe with additional tcthumbs files (like tcthumbs_xxx where xxx is percentage value of zoom).

Or perhaps extract thumbnails at 200% of the configured resolution and downscale them for display as needed.

Yes, it loads them at 100% and then scales them to the chosen factor.
