cm_EditFileMenu new file name dialog: allow to use MRT placeholders

Currenrly in a new file name dialog of Shift+F4 create new file function Total Commander allows to use the same placeholders as in the Multi-Rename Tool (If the new name starts with '<' or by using the [+] button in that dialog).

For consistency I suggest to add this feature also for new file name dialog which appears after chooshing many of file types from the cm_EditFileMenu menu (so if user prefers this way of new file creation by default, there would be no need to call different Shift+F4 create new file dialog just to create many files of some type using the counter, e.g. <1-10>newname[C].txt).
