button bar, start menu target dir issue (%M passes '..' )

As opposed to %N parameter the %M parameter passes '..' to program when cursor is on 'go to parent directory' entry
According to history this was fixed for %N parameter for TC9.20 beta 3
If I don't miss something else I think both parameters should behave the same.

I agree that %N and %M should act the same on ..

This could break a lot of functions, postponed to a later version.

I found some spare time today to fix it in RC2, please test. Please note that you only got '..' when using %M together with %T (%T%M), not when using it alone.

Confirmed that %T%M and %P%N now works the same way on [..] - that is not showing ".." at the end of the path in TC 9.21rc2 :-)
