[solved] TC 9.5b7 - Borders around file lists in dark mode?

Post by *petermad »

history.txt:
26.11.19 Added: Always show borders around file lists in dark mode. Can be disabled via wincmd.ini [Layout] DarkListBorders=0 (not used for classic theme) (32/64)
In my oppinion the tab stop header is not a part of the file list - and there is still no border between the tab stop header and the file list.

The same here.

As I wrote, the Explorer doesn't show borders there, it sees it as part of the list.

Well Explorer in Windows 10 doesn't show a border under its tab headers in Normal mode either, but TC does, so already there TC is different (to the better in my oppinion), so why not be different in Dark mode too, at least as an option:

Either only shown when Flat user interface is chosen.

Or border below the tab headers could be shown as an option to be controlled with the DarkListBorder parameter - for example: DarkListBorder=1 current behaviour and DarkListBorder=2 includes border under the tab header.

Or border below the tab headers could be shown when TabHeaderThemed=0 is set.

Fixed in TC 9.5b8 - now there is always a line between the file panel and the tab header - GREAT :-)

Is this possible to let the line between file panel and the tab header another setting?

Like DarkListBorder=2 in previous post by petermad?

I want the line between file panel and the tab header but i like to disable borders around file lists

Thank you for your watching.

It was getting too complex to have another option, sorry.

Not always - there is none when using DarkListBorder=0.
