TC 9.50B8 Darkmode Scrollbar FTP not dark

TC 9.50 beta 8, Windows 10.
When connected by SFTP plugin, the FTP-log (top right) listbox-border and scrollbar are not dark themed.

Windows 10 build 1809 and 1909.

Since no one has complained, and it works in my own tests, I'm moving this to fixed bugs now.
