Unfortunately the original bug report was deleted by mistake by a moderator.
It was about the following bugfix:
13.01.20 Fixed: Drag&Drop to breadcrumb bar, move cursor outside of dropdown panel, release mouse button -> forbidden cursor remained (64)

Can someone test this, please?
1. Start 64-bit TC
2. Drag a file to current path on a folder name, until breadcrumb window with subdir contents drops down
3. Drag file over breadcrumb dropdown window
4. Drag cursor outside of breadcrumb dropdown window and release mouse button while it shows forbidden cursor
-> forbidden cursor should go away

Original report:
Hello,

Sorry about the title, but I couldn't think of something short and explicit enough.

If you try to copy/move files by dragging them to the breadcrumb on either pane, wait until the bb drops, and then abort the copy/move by moving the mouse to an area where the Prohibited icon (red circle with a slash) appears, outside the file panes, and release the mouse button. The mouse icon remains with the Prohibited icon stuck to it until right-clicking on something within either pane. (Esc and left-clicking don't release it).

I just noticed this and have not tested on any versions prior to b12 x64 on Win 10.

Cheers,
The OP

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
