First of all, please allow me to say, I come from China, and I have a poor English. I can only express simple English. The English is translated by Google. If there is anything wrong, please forgive me.
I use tc9.22a daily. The icon definition of the folder is the icon processed by myself, including the icon of the extension is also defined. Since TC9 did not know what version, the shortcut (hard link icon) was The TC version has been fixed, but it has no effect, so it is ignored;
This time, Lord Ghisler updated the TCβ7 version. At present, it is found that the icons of files and folders with system, read-only, and hidden attributes are not controlled by iconlib = xxx.dll and so on. They are forcibly superimposed as "!" Is the status of the previous version? Thank you !

your iconlib.dll has only 13 icons...so totalcmd uses the icons from the totalcmd.exe which has 56 icons.24.11.19 Added: Load "!" overlay icon from EXE if missing in external icon library, e.g. flat_FileIcons.dll (32/64)
Re: Questions about [TC9.50 β7] custom iconlib
Thank you for your answer! This situation has been known to be the problem of incomplete icons, but I was known on November 28, 2019, and I was also known to use the 56 complete icons built into totalcmd.exe.
The problem is that TC has now changed the default internal definition sequence of the icon, so that the original 10th and 12th icons are changed to the icon with the serial number 50, and this change is forcibly superimposed instead of replaced. If forcibly replace the 50th icon with the previous 10 or 12 icon, then the TCβ7 version appears as a double icon display, which is abnormally harmonious, so this problem confuses me.
In the settings, if we do not select the "Show '!' On hideen / sys" item, we can make the "!" Icon disappear, but the icon only appears faded, and it can no longer be restored to the state of tc 9.22a.
How should I deal with this problem?

Re: Questions about [TC9.50 β7] custom iconlib
the sequence didn't change.
just stop using the separating icon for hidden/system folders.

Sorry, this is all my fault. I was negligent. I will fix it myself. Thank you for your guidance!
