TC7B2 + BartPE = TOTALCMD.EXE is not valid Win32 Application

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

TC7B2 + BartPE = TOTALCMD.EXE is not valid Win32 Application

Post by *JustGuest »

Hello, i found very strange bug, when i try run TC7 B2 under BartPE environment i got that error:
"TOTALCMD.EXE is not valid Win32 Application"
At the same time TC7 B1 work fine. Application is not damaged, and work fine under normal Windows (tested with Win2K Pro).
Thanks for reply in advance :)

No problem here. (PE Builder V3.1.10a, WXP SP2)

No, all DLL there. Also i can provide a little more info now. When i run TC7B2 under BartPE environment in VMWare virtual machine - i got that error. If i run same BartPE ISO at plain server - all work normal
TC7B1 and previous final build (i'm just checked that) works excellent
in both situations :?

How much RAM did you reserve for the VM?

This should be sufficient, I have run XP with only 96 MB in a VM.

Sorry, I have no idea what else could be wrong.
