Installing TC As Non-Admin Falls At Last Hurdle

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

You can't run 32-bit apps under "C:\Program Files" in 64-bit Windows
That is simply not true :!:
License #524
Danish Total Commander Translator
TC 9.51 32+64bit on Win XP 32bit, Win 7, 8.1 & 10 (1909) 64bit, 'Everything' 1.4.1.965 (x64)
TC 3.0 on Android 6.0
Get:
Extended Total Commander Menus | TC Languagebar | TC Dark Help | PHSM-Calendar

Not true. I always install tc there and have no problem running both versions (under Win7 at least).
Installing and running as Administrator or as a common user? Changing UAC settings or granting more rights for "Program files" folder?
I don't exactly remember what's been wrong in my case, but I'm pretty sure it's been under Windows 8+ only.

Actually you can install TC 32-bit and 64-bit to the same directory, which is the recommended method (and done by the combined installer).
