The high of combo-box looks bad on 4K resolution. Check picture. Scale 200% or 250%.

Looks OK here with 4k and 200% scale.

Maybe it helps to log out and back in? Sometimes windows scaling gets mixed up.

32-bit version works fine. Bug in 64-bit version.

I think Christian Ghisler by log out and back in meant to exit Windows with Start->Log off and then log in again.

LogIn/LogOut and reboot doesn't help.

I was able to reproduce it in Windows 10 1903 with TC 64-bit, thanks.
