The [>>] button for chosing colors are placed differntly in the "Color" and in the "View Modes" dialog - there is space on the left side of the buttons in "View Mode".
Also in the 32 bit version the "Cursor font" [>>] button is dropped a pixel and the [>>] button at "Others" does have a space at the left side.
In my oppinion the space used in "View Mode" looks the best - and all buttons are best aligned vertically in the 64bit version.
These observations are without any DPI-scaling.
