As I noticed with biiiiig surprise - in most of such places where proper SPINbox - windows GUI control - should be used
completely wrong control in fact is using - shriveled SCROLLbar...
why? as you can easily understand on those computers where I will change some themes, wincontrols settings, DPI !!!
these places will look very ugly. Like on pic above. Yes - it may be difficult to see it from the first sight, but when i
will turn on the 3D-like windows theme - bottom angle arrow will be practically invisible when i will place the mouse
cursor over it. And even right now - this angle arrow looks toooooo closely drawn to the bottom edge.
P.S. HOW to make an embedded pictures INSIDE the post body???

Spin boxes were added to Windows much later than the commander was created. Furthermore, I have added dark mode for scrollbars now, so I prefer to keep them.
