Unfortunately I cannot reproduce it. It may be caused by an Explorer context menu extension which disconnects the share for some unknown reason.

If I connect the share as a network drive, there is no problem, the problem only appears when I connect directly to the share...

I have no direct access to the server where is the problem...and I have no sufficient rights on it to search... but the server is not visible at the root of the network... all the other servers are visible...

On the other servers, there is no problems... It's not a problem with the right menu but because TC refresh the tab with the share...

Strange !!!

So what is the difference between this server and the others?
- other operating system
- other user rights for your user name
- guest account disabled on this one but not on the others
- any other ideas?
