SortUpper ignored in SyncDirs

I'm using SortUpper=3 for long time, but suddenly noticed that SyncDirs seems to ignore this option and always sort the list alphabetically.

If I remember correctly, I had to do this because otherwise directories would not be sorted correctly when they differ in case (so the wrong files would be matched). SortUpper=3 sometimes returns "equal" when the file names aren't really equal.
