TC font changing under VPC

hi all,
i have fixed (and saved) the font in the ini, but every time i start tc, after resizing the vpc window, the font becomes bold! This is causing some kind of irritation to me .
Is there a way to force the saved font, i.e. irrespective of the window size?

wincmd.ini change:

ResolutionSpecific=0

Change font to desired settings inside the config. Exit TC.
Restart TC. Change VPC as desired, font settings shouldn't change.
