Thanks for your report. Which version of Total Commander do you use? Newer versions all show the version in the title of the crash report, but it's missing from yours.

Hello, Mjolnir.

Total Commander 7.56a at the time of writing this is the latest version. There is no need to give away your private license to your company in order to update their T.C. version. The T.C. license key file is version independent. I.e. in case they still use T.C. 7.50a e.g. then their license file will still be valid after upgrading v7.50 to v7.56a.

Cheers,
Karl

Hmm, that log doesn't seem to belong to TC 7.56a.

But since you have troubles with copy+paste, it's most probably caused by a bad Explorer extension (Copy+Paste goes through the Explorer context menu).

To correct it, please try the following:
1. Get the free tool ShellExView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html
2. Start it. On 64-bit systems, start ShellExView with /wow64
command line parameter.
3. Sort the shell extensions by type
4. Disable all context menu shell extensions one by one (you can hide/keep
those belonging to Windows, they are usually OK).
5. Continue until Total Commander stops crashing
6. Now you can re-enable the extensions which don't cause any problems

OK, sure, I'll try.
Keep you in touch.

Edit: for information : for "Copy/Paste" :
- I checked "Use default method only" (with params = 32k / 32k)
- The following letters are on the same physical ... :" CEFT
- Use compatibilitymode for followind drives : G
--- and checked "USBstick"

I checked "Use default method only" (with params = 32k / 32k)
That has no influence on Copy/Paste, it always uses the Explorer method.
