UI is very unintuitive

Post by *Gorbush »

Actually - i like Windows application very match, and in Win mobile it's good.
But android application makes me confusing - i spent nearly 5 minutes to understand how to copy files and near 10 minutes - for how to unpack files from archive...

I have no suggestions for now - but I think this thread can be used to make suggestions for the UI of TC.

Sorry, Cristian for teaching you your job, but i think TC for android should win the competition amount other android commanders as it does on windows :-)

I agree partly with you, about selection of files by clicking on the icon, I only learned from the Help file. Try reading the help file ;)
Acquainted with features TC, I think it is most convenient file manager for the android!

I love the GUI, one time you know to handle it it results the best one out there. At least in my opinion.

No one forces you to use it, there are many other file managers available for Android.

It's even described when you click on the select button, both with a one time message box AND in the actual select dialog. I really don't know where else I should explain it, people must be really ignorant to miss these messages. :(

So there should perhaps be a tutorial or howto at first start.
For me it was kind of intuitive.
