Parse error

Hi
I downloaded the application for android on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7
(before I uninstalled the prevous total commander that expired)
from
It downloaded ok, when I try to install it I get "Parse error , there is a problem parssing the pakage"
I got the same error when I downloaded the application from your others links in your site.
What seem to be the problem ?
Is it my Galaxy Tab?
