Another question.
From Total Commader 9.12 on the computer via FTP client, I can see the contents of all the folders in the root directory of my rooted cell phone.
But the folders '/ data' and '/efs' appear empty.

From Total Commader 2.90 on the cell phone there is no problem. I can see this folders contents.

What can I do to access these folders from my computer with Windows 7?

You can't. The plugins are not able to access root only folders, only Total Commander can. Why? You can't just open a file in a root folder and read data from it, e.g. to send the file via FTP. You can only use shell commands like cp in a shell started with admin rights. The Android app itself cannot run with root rights.
