I tried ES file mounting /system and the /etc to rw every reboot back to automatic read only status. The folder permissions is not problem all status enabled after reboot. What this?

The /proc/mounts file determines how file systems are mounted at boot time. The mount command is only temporary. It cannot remount when there are open files on that mount point.
