transfer via Wifi

when I want to transfer a file via Wifi to my pc I am asked to enter an URL where should I enter that URL and what URL is ment here?
The URL is the one shown on the sender side. To send files, select them in Total Commander for Android and click on the copy button (second from the left at the bottom), and then on "via WiFi".
You can enter that URL in any Web browser on your PC, or in the field "Map network drive" in Explorer or Total Commander, or in my WebDAV plugin for Total Commander.
