Using TC3.0B1 on Android 10, when I tried to install APK from OTG USB drive, I got error message "Split or bad apk!" I can use build-in android file manager to install it just fine. Also TC install it fine if I copied apk to phone memory. What could be the problem?

Thanks, I can reproduce the error: The latest beta supports the installation of multi-part APK files (split APK). Apparently the detection of split apks doesn't work correctly on virtual folders. I will try to fix it.

Thank you for taking time reply. I have another problem here. I use TC to backup APKs(select all user APKs from "installed apps" and then copy to somewhere e.g. SD CARD). When I wipe the phone I install my app from the backup so I don't have to download again. However now I am not able to install some of apps(most likely related to split apks). It ended with error message "APP not installed". For example "Currency" and "Twitter" are the two apps I cannot install from backup apks.

1. Twitter works here after the latest changes, so please try again with the next beta once it comes out
2. I don't have this "Currency" app, can you give me the play store link? There are dozens of currency converters...

Yes, you are right. I am able to install latest Twitter(v26), but I noticed the installation is silent without popup window, I got a toasted message saying "Function Succeeded" in the end.

Currency App is referring to XE Currency Converter & Money Transfer from XE.com Inc. I just tried it works fine now. Thank you!

Nice to hear that it works!

Installation has no progress bar because I have to use a special function to install multi-part APK files. The data is sent to the Android installer via streams before we get the confirmation dialog.
