[Feature request] creating directory with subdirectories

It would be nice to create folders along with subfolders at a time, as this makes the -p flag of mkdir. Then you can specify for example - create folders tree "new/sub1/sub2" in the current directory or "/tmp/new/sub1/sub2" in the directory /tmp.

Thanks for the suggestion. The Windows version does this already (with backslashes instead of slashes), so it would be a nice addition.
