can this save me?
https://www <dot> firstpost <dot> com/tech/news-analysis/android-11-might-come-with-a-hidden-recycle-bin-feature-to-let-trash-files-instead-of-deleting-them-8493351.html/amp

A report by 9to5 Google says that the new feature is quite similar to the Recycle Bin on Windows computers, except Android won’t have a dedicated trash folder to show your trashed items.

A glimpse of this feature was provided by app developer Yuriy Mysochenko in February. Mysochenko used the first Android 11 Developer Preview that had the new MediaStore API with trash request support

https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/92816/can-a-file-be-retrieved-by-its-inode
If totalcmd use delete inode to delete file
Any possible ways to recovery file by recreate former file inode
Did totalcmd saved the deleted file's inode information?or Android system have that

Can this use to totalcmd?

Most Android devices, especially modern smartphones, and tablets, use the EXT4 file system to organize data in their internal storage. This file system is very common for Linux-based devices. So, if we want to recover deleted data from the device’s internal storage, we need a tool capable of recovering deleted files from the EXT4 file system. One such tool is extundelete. The tool is available for downloading here: http://extundelete.sourceforge.net/.

To recover the contents of an inode, extundelete searches a file system’s journal for an old copy of that inode. Information contained in the inode helps the tool to locate the file within the file system. To recover not only the file’s contents, but also its name, extundelete is able to search the deleted entries in a directory to match the inode number of a file to a file name.

That would require root rights on Android. Most users don't root their phones these days. Rooting after the data loss doesn't help because it requires unlocking of the boot loader, which wipes the entire memory including the deleted file data.

Total cmd can restore history deleted file
Or add feature in upcoming version to recovery deleted file in previous verison total cmd

There's some way to root without unlock bootloader

Unfortunately, unlike Windows devices, there is no such trash or bin folder on Android. However, you can recover the deleted files on your phone. For this, I will highly recommend you follow this guide: androiddata-recovery.com/blog/access-trash-folder-on-android
In this guide, you will get to know how can you recover deleted data of Android phone without any access of bin folder.
