Internal asscociations: .fb2.zip does not work

I internally asscociated extensions *.fb2.zip;*.fb2;*.epub with CoolReader. *.fb2 & *.epub files are correctly open by it on double click, but *.fb2.zip files continue to be opened as archives, despite CoolReader clearly can open such files.

Is there any workaround?

*.fb2.zip is not a valid Windows filetype
and it also makes no sense.

I made a test: I set int. ass. "*.qzz.pdf" for non-default PDF viewer, created such file, dblclicked and it works, although *.qzz.pdf is not a valid Windows filetype and also makes no sense. It works just as I thought: string "*.qzz.pdf" is just a regexp which is mached against a file name and does not demand to be a valid Windows filetype.

Another test: I set int. ass. "*.zip" for CoolReader and zip files are still opened as archives and doesn't change icon.

And actually *.fb2.zip does make sense. Books are usually stored in web libraries in this format. FB2 viewers can open such files without unpacking.

ADDED: And also that feature does work in Android TC. But icon still remains archive's one.

Maybe this will help:

"Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Packer" -> deselect "Treat archives like directories"

But it will probably not be something you want to turn off permanently...

Yes, with this option deselected CoolReader correctly runs and opens selected file.
And yes, this is not a thing I want to turn off permanently (;
