Total Commander 8.52 installer bug

Total Commander 8.52 installer do not contain install.exe file x32 and x64

The installer is now directly in front of the zip, no longer inside. I had to change this because Google Chrome was treating the old installer (unpack to TEMP and run from there) as an unknown malware.
