wrong focus position after delete file : most funny bug ever

Post by *Michael REMY »

hi,

here a cute bug, but a real one.

i copy paste a url into the quick commande line (the input box under the two view). that content :"http://i2.wp.com/teaser-trailer.com/wp-content/uploads/Selfless-Film.jpg"

then i forgot it...

in my left view i am into a mp3 folder i'm listening to.
i listen to the last one and decide to delete it (keyboard key pressed).
Then as usual, i hit ENTER key to play the next one.

and guess what!? it opened a beautiful movie picture !
yes, you guessed, in fact TC executed the https link i pasted before in the commande line box.

so, after i deleted my file (the last in the view), TC put the focus into the command line box instead of putting it on the other file in the view.

well it s kind of funny, but imagine i would paste a line like "del * or format c:/ without alert...."

so ,i hope you could fix that !

have a good day !
i'm an old long user of TC since the windows 3.11 release !, for the history, i came to tc when i migrate from amiga commodore to PC where they are diskmanager and directory opus there.

Hello Michael REMY,
The command line is always executed upon Enter, regardless of focus.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
