Currently I can't reproduce it with following steps, but below there is also a screenshot to prove it really did happen.
My original note about the bug:
To reproduce:
0. Tab headers required to be shown in order to reproduce the bug.
1. Connect to other PC (other PC set up as a Server) using Windows Easy Transfer Cable.
2. Go to some path on client PC, in panel address bar you'll see path like 0:\something\ or 0:\, and
tab header will show 0:.
3. Disconnect Easy Transfer usb cable from PC:
in panel, you'll be moved to the root of c:\ drive, but Tab header will still show 0:.
Unfortunately, it seems that the note is not accurate or full enough, so
in step 3, it can mean both soft "eject" of Easy Transfer usb cable using system tray usb devices eject dialog or physical cable disconnection.
Between steps 2 and 3, some additional action may be required...
