Num+ with *.* wildcard

Post by *valdemar1977 »

Num+ with *.* wildcard selected all directories without "." symbol also.
In Options->Operations->Selection(With Num +) "Also selected directories" is enabled.
By my opinion if you select by *.* wildcard only a directory with point symbol and files with extension need to be selected and * wildcard selecting all files and folders (working as Ctrl+A).

No, on Windows, *.* generally selects EVERYTHING. For this purpose, TC assumes a dot at the end of the name too.

TC supports special wildcards *.*.* to find files and folders with at least one dot.
