[TC 9.20 - 9.21rc2] Glitch with button bar

Windows 10 x64 Home SL English
TC 9.20 - 9.21rc2 x32 and x64.
(maybe earlier versions too, I didn't notice when such behavior appeared)
I just move mouse pointer over the button bar (without pressing) - and some buttons stuck.

Similar bug have been fixed several years ago. But now it reproduced with single row and even without pressing buttons.

Not confirmed. I haven't changed that function for years. Anyone else having ths problem? If yes, I need some way to reproduce it, it simply doesn't happen here...

Edit: I managed to reproduce it now: It also happens in older TC versions, but is quite difficult to reproduce. I can reproduce it reliably with these steps:
1. Enable tooltips for buttons in Configuration - Options - Display
2. Press Alt+Shift+F11 to put caret (text cursor) on button bar
3. Move mouse quickly over buttons without leaving the button bar

This should be fixed in RC3, please test! If not, please provide DETAILED steps to reproduce!
